Spanning over 55 years of successfully serving the real estate needs of the central sierra mountain communities of Peter Pam, Cold Springs, Pinecrest Lake and Strawberry, Cold Springs Realty stands as Tuolumne County’s oldest operating Real Estate office.
Originally established in 1956, when developer Sam Kerns began the subdivisions of Cold Springs and Peter Pam, Cold Springs Realty has remained family-owned and independently-operated. The family tradition is a simple one: provide nothing less than excellence in service, market knowledge, professionalism, honesty and integrity that our customers can rely upon time and time again. In fact, alot of our business comes from repeat customers, and referrals from previously satisfied ones.
Our primary area of real estate expertise is in the sale and transfers of vacation properties along the central sierra mountain areas from Twain Harte to Kennedy Meadows. We are also experienced in the sale of primary residences, vacant land, and commerical properties as well. And we are familiar with all types of property transfers including 1031 exchanges and the unique bulk transfers of cabins located on U.S. Forest Service lands.
Our office is conveniently located on Highway 108 in Cold Springs, where we enjoy an abundance of year-round traffic and our exposure is ideal for attracting the interests of prospective purchasers. We are close to the year-round recreational opportunities offered by Pinecrest Lake, Pinecrest Movies, Beardsley Reservoir, Aspen Meadows Pack Station (Sardella’s), Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Mia’s Restaurant, Dardanelle Resort, and Strawberry Inn, Leland Meadows, Sonora Pass, as well as the endless trails, rivers, creeks and streams through-out the Stanislaus National Forest.
